Some people say she is "part dog" with her abilities to read each individual dog and understand what problems the dog may be having and the proper way to go about fixing them, since dogs all have different personalities, one method may not work on one dog but be very successful on the other.

Laura enjoys trail riding her horses, being on horseback is so peaceful and relaxing. She also shows several times a year in Hunter Under Saddle and Trail classes.

Ritchie has worked as farm manager for a couple different people over the years. He is also very good at training dogs and understanding them as well as horses.

Laura and Ritchie have been together for 8 years.

They also have cattle and registered Border Cheviot Sheep.

Both enjoy spending daylight to dark outdoors with all the animals.
